The European Investment Fund and Bpifrance have signed on February 1st a guarantee agreement – the first in France supported under the new Cultural and Creative Sectors Guarantee Facility from the EU’s Creative Europe programme.

13 March 2017

The European Union’s support allows Bpifrance to create a new financing product (Prêt Industries Créatives) which will target a portfolio of EUR 30 million of loans to companies over the next two years. More than 200 SMEs in the cultural and creative sectors (including film, theatre, video game production, music and performance, and editorial sectors) are expected to access this new programme which will be available in June this year. Read more

Innovative entrepreneurs have received loans in the amount of PLN 457 m thanks to guarantees granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (Poland). In the last year innovative entrepreneurs could receive free guarantees offered by BGK. More than PLN 250 m from the Guarantee Fund has enabled companies to raise financing from commercial banks in the amount of  PLN 457 m. PLN 250 m funding came from the  (untapped) funds from Innovative Economy Operational Programme. Read more

 The European Investment Fund (EIF) and our Member Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) are doubling the size of their loans to Polish SMEs from PLN 1 billion to PLN 2 billion (ca. €500 million). The loans are expected to reach close to 10 600 small businesses and entrepreneurs across Poland. The agreement comes under the COSME programme, the European Commission’s programme for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and it is made possible by the support of the Investment Plan for Europe, or so-called « Juncker Plan ». Read more

L’AECM compte 42 organisations membres actifs pour 26 Etats membres de l’EU, ainsi qu’en Bosnie – Herzégovine, Serbie, Russie et Turquie. Ses membres sont soit des sociétés de cautionnement mutuel, soit d’autres sociétés de cautionnement du secteur privé ou des institutions publiques.
Elles ont en commun l’objectif d’octroyer des garanties de crédit au profit de PME dont la situation économique est ,saine, mais ne disposant pas des sûretés nécessaires aux banques pour accéder au crédit.
En 2013, les organisations membres de l’AECM disposaient d’un volume total de garanties en portefeuille de plus de € 76 milliards EUR et ont concédé un montant total de plus de 25 milliards EUR de cautions.
