Albanian Development Guarantee Foundation (ADGF)
Albanian Development Guarantee Foundation (ADGF) was established in July 2015 by Court Decision No. 518 as a non-profit foundation under Albanian law. It was created as a credit guarantee scheme to support access to finance for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Albania through risk-sharing mechanisms with partner financial institutions.
As of end-2025 ADGF had an outstanding guarantee volume of around EUR 44,99 million and around 7,900 MSMEs loans outstanding. It has 6 employees.
