Operational Training Sessions (OTS)

AECM organizes operational training sessions twice a year, aimed at facilitating exchanges among managerial professionals on specific topics.

Each OTS focuses on a particular subject, explored in depth, with participation limited to 25-50 attendees. This small group size fosters informal and lively discussions, enriched by external speakers who present and debate the topics openly, sometimes under the Chatham House Rule.
